A man was arrested after allegedly assaulting three Tulare County sheriff's deputies after a traffic stop in Earlimart on Tuesday, the sheriff's office said. Armador Fernandez-Duran, 43, was pulled over in the 600 block of Bent Ranch Avenue just before 10 p.m. and immediately got out of his vehicle, the sheriff's office said.
